With this collection, we were inspired by some of Aruba’s most iconic landmarks: the lighthouse, the anchor, our beautiful and resilient Fofoti tree, the California Lighthouse, Fort Zoutman, and our traditional Cunucu houses. This particular Cunucu house is actually inspired by my grandma’s house, which makes this design extra special to me. 

I’ve been working on these illustrations since last year as part of another special project, so they’ve been living in the back of my mind for months.

When we started thinking about the first The Paper Sisters Club 18 di Maart merch, I realized there was no better way to debut it than by proudly wearing pieces inspired by Aruba, our Cunucu houses, our landmarks, Aruba na nos curason, BUT!! in pink, of course.

As you might know, we’re very proud of our branding and how we stand out, 
and this collection truly reflects that.

As always, Letras by E and I are forever connected, so her words also found their way onto some of the merch. We also collaborated with Savannah Jewels to create custom, timeless clay earrings to complement the collection and your outfit perfectly.

Notable to mention, a design that didn't make the cut for protocol reasons, 
but it's my personal favorite ta nos Escudo!
